- Suzana Monastery is situated in a village in Măneciu, Prahova county, Romania. The village was formed beside the monastery Rees, a Romanian Orthodox monastery of nuns founded in 1740. The current building of the large church was built in 1880-1882, and was repaired in 1975. Situated on the teleajen Valley, 40 kilometers from mapusa-14 miles of Grand Island, in a charming position, Suzana monastery is a monument of art and spirituality. About monastery Alexandru Vlahuta wrote in 1908: "Ashley is situated in a beautiful glade, leading a damb, below which the Teleajen River Rock asvarl right and Epurasul left. Joining them in front of the monastery, make a cross where I turn the Valley into a single course. In 1740 was a faithful in Sacele-Brasov, Suzana Arsicu, a church in ADIs. After 100 years, the wooden church dedicated to St. bear Nicholas, due to bad weather, became inpracticabila and was replaced in 1840 with another Church, built of stone with the help of Bishop Chesarie PS of Ohio and of believers, the mother superior gave Shane Green. But that lasted only 40 years, ruinandu in the aftermath of the earthquake of 1838. With the blessing of Metropolitan Primate Sfintitului Too D. d. Diego and with the help of Ashley, Joseph n., d. Paine and others, as well as of the Government of that time, in 1880 in wall construction begins of the current churches (two of the founding of the monastery) as mother superior gave John Joseph, great composer and conductor aunt Perlea. The construction was finished in July 25, 1882, with the Temple "St. Nicholas", as it shows the inscription. The monastery also has a church-Chapel-built in 1911, the mother of Joseph, Tomaida starete dedicated.

- Mânăstirea Suzana este situata intr-o localitate din comuna Măneciu, județul Prahova, Muntenia, România. Satul s-a format pe lângă mănăstirea Suzana, o mănăstire ortodoxă de maici fondată în 1740. Clădirea actuală a bisericii mari a fost construită în anii 1880 - 1882, fiind reparată în 1975. Situata pe valea Teleajenului, la 40 de kilometri de Valenii de Munte - 14 km de Maneciu, intr-o fermecatoare pozitie naturala, Manastirea Suzana constitue un monument al spiritualitatii si al artei. Despre manastire Alexandru Vlahuta scria in 1908: "Suzana este asezata intr-o poiana frumoasa, pe o frunte de damb, sub care se asvarl in Teleajen paraul Stanca din dreapta si Epurasul din stanga". Acestea unindu-se in fata manastirii, alcatuiesc aici o cruce de unde pornesc la vale intr-un singur curs. In 1740 a fost ridicata de o credincioasa din Sacele-Brasov, cu numele Suzana Arsicu, o biserica din barne. Dupa 100 de ani, bisericuta de lemn ce purta hramul Sf. Ierarh Nicolae, din cauza intemperiilor, a devenit inpracticabila si a fost inlocuita in 1840 cu alta biserica, construita din piatra cu ajutorul PS episcop Chesarie al Buzaului si al credinciosilor, avand ca stareta, maica Suzana Albulet. Dar aceasta n-a durat decat 40 ani, ruinandu-se in urma cutremurului din 1838. Cu binecuvantarea Prea Sfintitului Mitropolit Primat D. D. Calinic si cu ajutorul credinciosilor Frangulea, Perlea N., D. Pitis si al altora, precum si al guvernului din acea vreme, in 1880 incepe constructia din zid a actualei biserici (a doua de la infiintarea manastirii) stareta fiind maica Natalia Perlea, matusa marelui compozitor si dirijor Ionel Perlea. Constructia s-a terminat in ziua de 25 iulie 1882, avand hramul "Sf. Ierarh Nicolae", dupa cum arata pisania. Manastirea mai are o bisericuta - Paraclisul - construita in 1911, pe vremea maicii starete Tomaida Perlea, cu hramul Acoperamantul Maicii Domnului.
